The subscription service is an offering targeted towards property managers and institutional landlords with the need for timely, quality maintenance. Typical jobs under this service contract include basic plumbing and electrical repairs, cosmetic fixes to tenants’ units (painting, replacing cabinetry hardware, etc.), and other minor maintenance and repair jobs to ensure investment properties operate in good condition. Rather than receiving payment upon the completion of these tasks, clients will pay budgeted monthly instalments at the beginning of each month, with a true-up at the end of each calendar year for actual work performed. 

For homeowners and smaller landlords, NQM Inc. will also offer as-needed maintenance and repair services, along with small-scale renovations not requiring building permits. These jobs will be quoted upfront, with payment received upon the completion of the project.
